GUESS WHO'S BACK.

Well, after a period of not really remembering how fun drawing was, I somehow ended up on ConceptArt.org and marvelling at all the useful critiques there. I'm not sure how long this new period of renewed interest will last, but I'm sure I'll improve from it anyway.

There are some things that I am naturally better at than others, and I won't be focusing on these at the beginning.

What am I lucky to be good at relative to my current drawing level?

-making people look reasonably 3D
-making people look reasonably unstiff/natural
-faces (because I know, and have observed, more about their structure than any other bit of the human body)

What am I disproportionately terrible at?

-backgrounds
-clothing
-hands
-having people interact with other things in the drawing

What am I bad, but expectedly so, at?

-anatomy in general
-shadow/highlight placement

To start with, I think I'll be working on hands (since they're pretty noticably bad). This ties in with 'having people interact with other things' as well, which is nice.
